Our Marajo Family
In the course of running the Marajo Group of Companies, I nurture and train my staff to their full potential regardless of their situation in life or educational achievements, putting emphasis on the importance of loyalty, hard work, discipline, creativity — the hallmarks and the essence of the group.
Watching trained and efficient staff acknowledge their respective roles in completion of a project fills my heart with pride to see them fulfilled and become their own person; and seeing sketches and colors come to life and become reality –these make up the totality of a dream come true.
Angelita L. Bondoc, President
The founder and owner of Marajo Group began her devotion to interior design as a childhood dream. She started as head of the interior design department of the Gabriel Formoso and Partners Architectural Firm before she put up the Angelita L. Bondoc & Partners in Interior Designing Inc. which opened the floodgate of projects and she was deluged with gigantic assignments here and abroad. Among those which totally immersed her were – coordinating for the Central Bank, the hotel boom in 1975, doing the interiors of the PICC and the Central Bank offices. By all standards, Lita’s interior design career has been exceedingly successful. She has had the unprecedented privilege of having worked with all the well-respected architects in the industry and landed over 500 projects, winning all the competitions to where she was invited.
Moving on to real estate development, Lita chose to be in a special niche – boutique development. The attitude towards a new career has given birth to many companies that are unlike other developers which only design, develop and lease. Marajo group also manage and maintain these properties to make sure they are exactly how they were envisioned to be.
The process of conceptualizing and putting together projects involves a million and one details and the total commitment and dedication of the men and women of the Marajo Group of Companies. These individuals form the essence and the heart of the entire organization.
